Toshiro Fujii has been Chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre’s second at L’air du temps for eight years. For the past three years Fujii was the creative chef of the SAN restaurants. After a decade of collaboration, it felt right for Sang Hoon Degeimbre to help him with his new chapter. Together they proudly introduce their restaurant TOSHIRO.
