Brussels is not to be outdone when it comes to fashion. This year too,the capital is going to celebrate Belgian designers during several key events towards the end of October. Four of them retained our attention.

Brussels Fashion Days

Winds of change are blowing at this 6th edition of the DS Brussels Fashion Days. With a new energy, new challenges, new partners and a new exhibition venue in the heart of the city, the Horta Gallery. Along with the Galerie Ravenstein, the gallery will welcome all the activities. All along the weekend, four fashion shows will put the spotlight on the biggest designers but also on the upcoming talents. The programme also include different workshops, a Fashion Talk, a Fashion Drink and a lot more.

The Horta Gallery will also be hosting the 6th edition of the Ethno Tendance Fashion Week Brussels. The event provides an opportunity for stylists and designers from all horizons to share their competences and celebrate all kinds of diversity. Diversity is also the motto on the podium with mannequins of all kinds. The event is meant to celebrate tolerance and diversity by showcasing a borderless ethical and multicultural fashion.

The MAD Fashion Sales are two days where Belgian fashion designers are moving into the MAD to present their collections to the general public, at attractive prices. Get the key piece for your wardrobe!

Reflection offers a different way of looking at fashion and inspiration. Immerse yourself in the brain of Belgian Fashion designer Jean-Paul Lespagnard through contemporary art works, objects of popular culture and designer pieces from the Museum’s collections. You will also get the chance to join the exhibition by designing a virtual scarf illustrating your own universe.
